Protect the surfaces tha may be contaminated.
Apply enough product and as many times as necessary depending on the coat thickness. Let the product 10-15 minutes to perform and soften the paint (when the paint is too old, it might be necessary up to 4 hours). Remove the paint with an spatula. Remove properly the PAINTREMOVER and clean the surface with aThinner. It may be used on vertical surfaces.
